We are working around the clock to capture content, decipher industry data, recognize trends before they occur and place emphasis on educating the consumer with every story. We spotlight many of our team members, allowing them to have a voice beyond their own network of clients and friends. This “boost” to their brand brings them value well beyond that of any business card or sign!

From the Editor
As Managing Editor of the eighty8 Quarterly, a Real Estate Centric Magazine™, it is my intent to bring you, the reader, as much up-to-date and valuable information as possible, as it pertains to your real estate experiences. As I write this, we have a number of agents, professionals, and writers working diligently to research and cover the topics we believe are of great importance to you. Each and every one of whom is committed to enhancing this publication responsibly and thoroughly.
What should you expect from our publication, and moreover from me? Great question and I’d like to name a few: Insight. Experience. Motivation. Honesty. Transparency. Clarity. None of which should be any less important than the other. I work tirelessly, encouraging our team to include these and other attributes into a beneficial flow of information inside every issue. It doesn’t get published if it doesn’t live up to these standards or above. I do not take this responsibility lightly and give you my word that if you find it printed on these pages, it is the best information we were able to validate and provide you.
When it comes to my involvement, I want nothing more than to produce the highest and best collaborative work in the industry! Not only that, but I want it to be fun, inviting and fulfilling. You’ll find many nuanced things inside our pages, like: an occasional crossword puzzle to test your knowledge of real estate terms, a little something that will engage your children, and coming soon, a throwback old-school cartoon strip.
No doubt you might notice that we are a somewhat new publication to the marketplace. We do, however, have a long history inside the Real Estate industry. One that, regardless of what we lack in publication tenure, we will show in the quality of our content and the trustworthy, good old-fashioned ethic of hard work.
